Online course for SMEs

Is your organisation sufficiently secure? New legal requirements, a growing and ever more strongly networked IT complexity, an increasing use of mobile technology, a move towards cloud use, plus organised crime on the Internet – all these make security, and above all IT security, an absolute must. Take this course to learn which steps and measures you can take to significantly strengthen your organisation’s IT security.

When a system fails, this can frequently and rapidly lead to major consequences, which may even threaten an organisation’s existence (e. g. due to production losses and resultant lost turnover). Disclosure of sensitive information can also have far-reaching consequences for organisations (e. g. damage to their reputation); something which they can only recover from with much effort and difficulty, if at all.

And it is not just large corporations which are targeted in attacks, but very frequently SMEs, too. It is these companies in particular which often lack the time resources and professional competence required enabling them to properly deal with issues involving IT security and data protection.
