Preparations – How to register your mobile phone number for Online Banking
- As a new customer of Online Banking offered by Credit Suisse AG you will have to register just the once during your first log-in, with your mobile phone number. Please see our guide.
- If you are an existing customer and still have a SecurID, please follow the steps required to register (your mobile phone) as shown in these instructions.

To log into Online Banking, you first have to enter your user ID and your personal password. Then click on «Log in» to continue to the next page.
You will then receive a SMS code sent to your registered mobile phone number. Please enter this code in the field provided.
If you have several accounts, you will have to select the account required on this screen. Please click the relevant account number.
After successful log-in, your own Online Banking start page will appear (which can be individually designed via your «My Profile» page). Welcome to DirectNet.
You will find the «Logout» link at the top right of every Online Banking web page. Please use this link to log out of Online Banking every time.
